Why I Created Build to Last

After years of working with entrepreneurs and small business owners, I’ve come to believe that what’s often missing isn’t talent. It isn’t ambition. And it certainly isn’t the willingness to work hard.

What’s missing is practical business education… the kind that comes from years of building businesses, leading people, solving problems, making difficult decisions, and learning what works in the real world.

I want to help entrepreneurs build businesses that last: to become stronger leaders, better communicators, more confident decision-makers who understand how successful businesses work out here in the ‘arena’ as Brene Brown would say.

Most of all, I want to share what I’ve learned over the last 57 years so others can build with greater confidence, avoid unnecessary mistakes, and create businesses that genuinely support the lives they want to live.

Each intensive is designed to be interactive, conversational, and practical so space is limited to 10 seats in each.
